The Saddle Brook High School Track & Field season was marked by impressive performances from both the boys and girls teams, guided by the experienced and dedicated coach, Ed Ciccone. Coach Ciccone was supported by Coach Ravi Gulata, Leo Ciappina and Ashley McVeigh. Throughout the season, these student-athletes showcased their talent, determination, and unwavering spirit, leaving a lasting impression on the school and the entire track and field community. Under Coach Ciccone's guidance, the boys and girls teams worked diligently to hone their skills, improve their technique, and build their endurance.

The team displayed outstanding athleticism in various events. Sprinters demonstrated their explosive speed, crossing the finish line with impressive times, while distance runners showcased their endurance and grit in grueling races. Jumpers soared through the air, achieving remarkable heights and distances, while throwers demonstrated strength and precision in shot put and discus. The team's well-rounded performances allowed them to consistently excel in multiple events, earning points for the team and making their mark in competitions.

The season was highlighted by several standout performances from individual athletes. Seniors Jake DeJulia and Nick Suero finished their fantastic careers at the Group 1 Championships with Jake scoring an 8th-place finish in the 400-meter dash while Nick raced to 6th place in the 800-meter run. The highlight of the Group 1 Championship was the girl’s 4 X 800-meter relay of Skyler McGuire, Helin Kayar, Deborah Wang, and Briana Reyes. They ran a 20-second personal best and raced to a 7th place finish in a time of 10:25. Their time is the 5th fastest in school history. Their accomplishments were a testament to their hard work, countless hours of training, and the support of their coaches, teammates, and families.
