If you are physically healthy you are more likely to be emotionally healthy as well.  By eating the right food and getting fit, your body will be able to help you deal with stress and fight sickness.  Starting to eat in a healthy manner and exercising as a teenager can help people stay healthy as they age.  Regular sleep is also essential to stay healthy. Having late nights playing video games or scrolling on a smartphone can leave you drained the next day. Everyone should aim to get 8 hours of sleep each day.  Check out the following tips so you can stay or start to get healthy this summer!
