Local Talent Takes the Stage:
Saddle Brook Band Celebrates County Success
The Saddle Brook High School Band, led by the talented and dedicated Frank Ortega, has once again demonstrated excellence with a strong showing at the Bergen County Band auditions.
Held at Mahwah High School, this year’s auditions brought together over 180 student musicians from across Bergen County, all competing for a limited number of spots in the 2026 Bergen County Band. From this highly competitive field, three Saddle Brook High School band members earned selection. This impressive achievement reflects both individual dedication and the strength of the school’s instrumental music program.
