Falcon Spirit Takes Flight:
Cheer Squad Lights Up the Sidelines
The Saddle Brook High School football cheerleading team is kicking off a new era this season under the guidance of two new coaches who are already making waves with their energy, creativity, and commitment to Falcon pride. After years of tradition and spirited sidelines, the cheer program welcomed Coach Taylor Rauth and Coach Anjelica Parisi to lead the squad for the 2025–2026 season. As Saddle Brook Cheer alumni, the duo has brought a fresh perspective to the team, focusing on building unity, sharpening stunts, and strengthening the connection between the cheerleaders and the football team.
The team has been hard at work since the summer, attending practices, team bonding sessions, and game-day preparations that emphasize teamwork and precision. Many returning cheerleaders say the new leadership has inspired them to push harder and aim higher. Fans in the stands have noticed, too. From the first home game, the Falcons’ cheerleaders impressed the crowd with clean choreography, sharp motions, and louder-than-ever chants that kept spirits high even during tough matchups. The new coaches also brought back classic Saddle Brook cheer traditions, including spelling out “Saddle Brook” with poms during games. The nostalgic cheer has been well received by alumni and longtime fans, adding a special touch of school pride that connects past and present.
