The National Honor Society is a nationwide organization for high school students that is focused on four criteria: scholarship, leadership, service, and character.

The society was founded in 1921 and is now moving into its second century of operations.

Applications are now open for juniors and in the spring of 2021 new members will be inducted as well.

The Saddle Brook High School community would like to extend congratulations to this year’s new inductees. This is a spectacular accomplishment!

Saddle Brook’s 2020 National Honor Society’s induction ceremony was held virtually this year due to the pandemic.

The unique ceremony was virtually live streamed to all parents and guardians.

The following students were recently inducted into NHS based on their academic and humanitarian excellence:

Albely Severino, Anna Memija, Ashley Torbic, Bianca Ianneillo, Bilal Khan, Carissa Riley, Devin Davila, Emma Piccininni, Emma Wein, Gianna Logerfo, Jennifer Gleason, Joaquin Flores, Kaci Hernandez, Kelly Power, Mia Lopez, Michael Gallo, Qossay Sawalha, Sabrina Sanchez, and Vanessa Gusciora.

This group of seniors was supposed to be inducted last spring, but was delayed due to the global pandemic.

The wonderful ceremony was led by NHS president, Jasvir Kaur.
