BEIJING HAS TOXIC AIR
Beijing has yet another problem once again, though it's not the common issue Beijing has. It’s toxic air. Beijing air pollution is so hazardous that the residents of Beijing have to wear surgeon masks or oxygen masks. Since the problem 100 or more factories have shut down. The cause of this toxic air is because of factories, cars, and other smog creating machines. The new mayor of Beijing says he has a way to stop it. He wants to plan a curb of the pollution. The government’s plan for the curb for the pollution will take a long time so for a temporary plan they gave fresh air in cans. This year they planned to reduce the pollution by 2% but instead the air pollution increased a lot. The cause of this increase of pollution is because of 5.18 million cars in Beijing. However if this toxic air does not vanish it will slowly kill the people of Beijing with the diseases of the heart or lungs. (Heart disease is cardiovascular disease and lung disease is respiratory disease.) Since the air quality has dropped steadily it is very hazardous and so the residents of Beijing are furious and want a change. So it happened well it’s in the process of happening because of a man called Matt hope which is a Beijing-based British Artist (not the artist who paints or draws.) He is a man who wants to make a bike with air filters which protects you from toxic air like the military uses when there bad gases around (not the stinky ones people produce [fart]) the gases the military faces are tear gas, carbon dioxide and this gas is in Beijing too. Though Matt has only one which is his and he is trying to make more to sell like the mayor who gave fresh air in cans.
