SWEET N'SASSY LEMONADE For a light, refreshing summer drink, make this scrumptious thirst quencher. 1 12 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate 1 cup of sliced strawberries I lemon 1 12 oz. Ginger ale 2 cups strawberry Jell-O mix (prepared as box state) 2 cups sugar (can vary depending on your taste) First prepare Jell-O using hot water as directed on the box. Cut lemons in half, squeezing half in the solution. Blend lemonade and sliced strawberries (high 30 secs.) Using a punch bowl, pour in all other wet ingredients with the blender mix and stir to blend. Once well blended, fill ice trays with some of the solution (used later) and freeze until frozen The remainder should be placed into Ziploc bags and frozen until a slush like foam. Then it can be taken out and placed back into a punch bowl. This lovely concoction of a summer's delight will cool you, all the while exploding your taste buds with a sweet and sour twist!
