involved in angel worship? They
hear words that sound good to
them during a time when they
are struggling for answers to
life’s problems instead of getting
their answers from God. Some
even think He is not listening to
their prayers. Satan takes full
advantage when he sees the
opportunity. We must be on our
guard, prepared to discern the
difference should we be meet an
angel.

Satan, was cast out of heaven
down to earth with one-third of
the angels, known as demons
(Isaiah 14:11-13, Revelation
12:3-9).They appear as “angels
of light” (2 Corinthians 11:14),
yet they are opposing agents of
the Kingdom of God. The difference is a stark as day and night.
Jesus told His disciples, after
they came back from driving out
demons, “I saw Satan fall like
lightening from Heaven” (Luke
10-18-20 NIV). Satan tried to
tempt Jesus to bow down and
worship him promising to give
Him all the Kingdoms on Earth.
But Jesus replied, “Away from
me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve
him only’” (Matthew 4:8-10 NIV).
Satan and demons were angels
who rebelled against God. Their
goal is to subvert the Kingdom of
God and cause problems for us.

It was very scary as I saw them
getting closer. When I turned my

headed, a man dressed in white,
I perceived him to be an angel,

around and go back the way you

HOW DO THEY INTERACT
WITH US TODAY?
She believed this to be a message from God regarding her job
and housing concerns. She had
been praying to the Lord about
these concerns. The choice she
considered making would have
meant both she and her husband
would lose their jobs and their
home. She stayed in her current
job position which proved to be
the wise choice. Did she really
encounter demons and an angel? Who knows? The real concern is about the ability to tell the
difference between demons and
God’s angels.
Angels still conduct the same
affairs with us as they did in the
Bible. They still protect us, war
against Satan’s army for our
souls, and occasionally deliver
messages from God, to those
whom God chooses. Angels are
still ministering spirits to those
who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14). Their interactions
with us will be consistent with
what we see of them in the Bible.
Numerous accounts from Christians describe angelic encounters. One woman shared this
story, “I had a dream about walking down a well-lit street at night.
