For God [does reveal His will; He] speaks not
only once, but more than once, even though men
do not regard it [including you, Job].
15
[One may hear God’s voice] in a dream, in a
vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on
men while slumbering upon the bed,
16
Then He opens the ears of men and seals their
instruction [terrifying them with warnings],
Job 33
What if you could know beforehand who was going to get fired,
hired, promoted or turned down? What if, you could know of things to
come, even while you sleep? The bible says you can. In fact,
throughout scripture we see God communicating regularly to his
beloved while they sleep, sealing their instruction and terrifying them
with warnings. What a blessing!
I don’t know if God is going to let me in on the next %50 off sale
at Lux Mart [though I doubt they’ll ever have another one again]. But I
do know this, that if I stay open to Gods voice the way its described for
me to do so in scripture, I’ll definitely be on the inside of His best for
me!
