Anything can go into your smash journal 28 When I started keeping a spiritual journal a few years ago, I quickly realized I wanted to do much more than just write. I tend to collect random things, and as I studied my Bible, read books, listened to music, or even scrolled through Facebook, I often stumbled across beautiful images, inspiring quotes, meaningful Bible verses, or something else I wanted to save. I also realized that much of what I journaled was influenced by what I was reading, listening to, or writing about during that time. My smash journal started with simply printing quotes or photos and pasting them into my journal. Now it has become the place to record my whole story. One great thing about using a smash journal is that you can make one with anything you have on hand.
