Accord Equality & Fairness Annual Report 2018
For over 50 years, Accord has been providing choice, support and opportunity for local people and communities. Going
forwards, Accord needs to continue to demonstrate it knows its customers and communities and understands their
backgrounds, needs, aspirations and challenges in order to develop and shape services. Accord is working to achieve the
Chartered Institute of Housing’s 10 by 2020 diversity commitments. We signed up to these challenges in 2015 and progress
to date is shown below:
