Department Overview
The Office of Student Life has presence on all four EFSC campuses and provides students with resources and activities to supplement their academics. Extracurricular engagement increases access to opportunities, fosters friendships, boosts school spirit, and promotes leadership and interpersonal skill-building. Student Life actively meets these goals through the Student Government Association, hosting campus events, organizing student-led clubs, coordinating club sports / intramurals, and generally being a safe space for students who are seeking other College resources.

• The Titan Virtual Hub has a quick look at upcoming events and workshops happening college-wide in the near future. It ' s accessible on the student life webpage and also as an icon in myEFSC.
• The Calendar of Events has a complete list of all events, activities, workshops, EFSC deadlines, and club events. Users can select options to show campus- or day-specific events using the check boxes to home in on what they are looking for.
• Students seeking to join a club can browse our currently active clubs or contact their campus Student Life Coordinator to discuss starting a new one.
• Faculty and staff who would like to request Mr. Titan for their events and activities can do so by completing the Mr. Titan request form.
• The Student Activities Handbook provides club sponsors with the information they need to run their club, plan events, and manage their students. Other forms used by SGA are on the same webpage, enabling clubs to request funds for campus activities, travel, and fundraisers.
Processes & Deadlines
Important College deadlines in general are found on the Calendar of Events. If you are requesting funding from SGA for a club initiative, forms are due no later than one full week prior to your campus ' SGA meeting. The full semester schedule of SGA meetings will be posted on the calendar, but in general, there is one meeting per month for the North end( Titusville and Cocoa) and one for the South end( Melbourne and Palm Bay) during the fall and spring terms. If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your campus Student Life Coordinator no less than two months prior to the proposed date of your event or travel. SGA and clubs are not active in the summer term.
Updates & Initiatives
EFSC is adapting an intramural program to provide students on all four campuses access to play sports without having to be on an official athletic team in Melbourne. Please direct interested students to your campus Student Life Coordinator for more information.
