Back Forth Looking Going on 2013 & to 2014 Looking back, 2013 “was definitely the year to learn how to grow ...Collections is looking forward to the production of new loans and keeping them current in every way possible and to watch the company continue to grow portfolios to their maximum capacity. Regulations will become tighter than ever, but with the right attitude, determination and a well trained and oiled machine, there is nothing we cannot overcome in 2014.” Stephanie Williams, VP of Collections Operations WOW! Military Credit Services had quite a year! Looking back, “ 2013 was a very exciting year for MCS! Our team exceeded volume goals and our Net Sales increased by over 64%. MCS expanded our market to include partnerships with Retailers that offer different types of products than what we’ve offered financing for in the past. We developed 106 new retail partners. We introduced our Civilian Financing Program in 2013, as well as, began to service loans through Bank of Lake Mills in September.” Going forth, “new customers are now finding us on our website, and we expect this to increase dramatically in 2014. MCS will also be servicing VA Loans to Virginia Residents. We are proud of our team and we’ve all worked diligently to get the job done!” The Marketing Department is going forth in “2014 to bring even more evolution. We’ll also be introducing a comprehensive Digital Marketing program for each store, meaning that Google searches won’t just lead customers to Freedom Online, but they’ll lead them to their local store first.
