Back
Forth
Looking
Going
on 2013
&
to 2014
Looking back, 2013 “was definitely the year to learn how to grow ...Collections is looking forward to the production of new loans and keeping them current in every way possible and to
watch the company continue to grow portfolios to their maximum capacity. Regulations will
become tighter than ever, but with the right attitude, determination and a well trained and
oiled machine, there is nothing we cannot overcome in 2014.” Stephanie Williams, VP of
Collections Operations
WOW! Military Credit Services
had quite a year!
Looking back, “ 2013 was a very exciting
year for MCS! Our team exceeded volume
goals and our Net Sales increased by over
64%. MCS expanded our market to include
partnerships with Retailers that offer different types of products than what we’ve
offered financing for in the past. We developed 106 new retail partners. We introduced our Civilian Financing Program in
2013, as well as, began to service loans
through Bank of Lake Mills in September.”
Going forth, “new customers are now
finding us on our website, and we expect
this to increase dramatically in 2014. MCS
will also be servicing VA Loans to Virginia
Residents. We are proud of our team and
we’ve all worked diligently to get the job
done!”
The Marketing
Department is going forth in “2014
to bring even more
evolution. We’ll also be introducing a
comprehensive
Digital Marketing
program for each
store, meaning that
Google searches
won’t just lead customers to Freedom
Online, but they’ll
lead them to their
local store first.
We’re excited for
what’s to come!
Liz McNulty, Director of
Marketing
Going forth, Human
Resources is moving
ahead to “create a
positive working environment for everyone. At the same time
our focus will be on
getting the right
results. We will continue to provide easy to
use resources and will
send a clear message
that Human Resources
is here to help. Every
employee should be
encouraged to reach
out to us as needed.”
