Happy April Fools’ Day!
Do you want to pull off an April
Fools’ joke at work? Before you
do, it is important to consider
the possible consequences. Is this
April Fools’ joke appropriate for
work? Will it offend, upset, or
embarrass a co-worker? Would
you be upset if someone played
this April Fools’ prank on you?
Consider all these things before
implementing any plans. Check
out these April Fools’ Day ideas:
1) Cover cubicle with aluminum
foil.
2) Swap desk drawers between coworkers— just make sure there
isn't anything personal in them!
3) Redecorate office/cubicle with
posters of their rival college or
most-hated sports team.
Have a fun and safe day!
Diamond is the April birthstone. It is a well known
fact that it is also the most expensive gem. Why is that?
Because it is very valuable.
Value is so important in our industry. Your customer’s decision is based on whether they see value in your
product. It is also based on whether they see value in your
service as well. Keep that in mind.
Each time you serve a customer, internal or external, hold yourself to the diamond standard. WOW your
customer with the most valuable product and service.
When you achieve the diamond standard, your
customer will come back for more. After all, diamonds are
forever.
