Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) Showcases Leather in Kitchen Design
LEATHER FLOORS AND INSERT PANELS
This year, KBIS featured cabinet installations with Formica dECOLeather on panels fabricated by EcoDomo. Thou-
sands of show participants embraced the leather trend, commenting on the elegance, luxury and universal appeal
of the leather. The leather inserts were complemented by black leather flooring from EcoDomo’s Rainforest Col-
lection — a collection of leather planks and tiles with an interlocking system.

Note that the floor above was photographed on the last day of the show,
after thousands of people walked through the space. If you were
wondering whether or not you can have leather floors in a kitchen,
clearly the answer is yes.
LEATHER SHELVES AND BACK PANELS
Elkay showcased the versatility of leather by integrating leather panels and shelves
into two displays — one modern and one more traditional.
Elkay featured Mahogany Buffalo dECOLeather with custom stitching and
panels by EcoDomo in this island, drawing many curious eyes and compelling
many visitors to touch and feel the product for themselves.
Elkay also showcased the modern TV wall/media unit above, which was cre-
ated using Antique Grey Crocodile dECOLeather for its back panel and shelving.
The Crocodile imprint was sequence matched throughout the back panel and
shelves for a smooth, seamless appearance.
