My spirit and soul are nourished when I spend time at the beach or river. The sound of waves or running stream, getting some vitamin D, and ignoring the to-do lists…………there is NOTHING better! Explore the scientifically proven health benefits of being by the water. Visiting my family back in my hometown and taking a nature walk to the State Park. Fresh air, the sounds of the river, sunshine, and fellowship of seeing my family is a great stress reliever! - Look into how "Walking Can Boost Your Mood and Reduce Stress." I feed my soul, mind, body, and spirit with nature walks with my fur baby. It's my "me time" where I wind down from the day. There are several "ways to feed the soul" make sure to review the article about it. I have had to learn how to let go of perfectionism and create balance in my life. I like to dance around the kitchen with my daughter while cooking dinner, and read to her before bed. My tip for you is…Nobody is perfect, prioritize what is meaningful to you, and nourish your body, mind, and soul; however you see fit.  What makes YOU happy not everyone else!
