Shrimp Tacos
shrimp:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (or leave out)
1 pound medium sizes shrimp, cleaned
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
For slaw:
4 cups broccoli slaw ( sold at Kroger, Walmart, Trader Joes,
Whole Foods and Sprouts)
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar (admittedly sugar substitute
won’t taste as good I would just leave off if your on meal
plan)
Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
For sauce:
1/3 cup mayonnaise or (sub mayo for avocado)
2 teaspoons gochujang paste
6-8 small flour tortillas, lightly steamed or pan grilled
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
