What got you started in the health industry?
The urge to become the greatest version
of ourselves. With this positive experience
within ourselves we wanted others around
us to experience their greater self.
How long have you been training?
Mr. Boston has been training himself since
94’
Mrs. Boston has been training herself and
others since 2010
What type of music do you listen to , to
keep you motivated during your work out
sessions?
Mrs. Boston goes off of feeling. If its cardio
and I am mello I choose more instrumental vibrations. If I am running fast and
hyper I choose major bass head, skrillex
mixes. Weight training depends on mood
as well. I can be random with that. Mr.
Boston hard core hip hop.

in staying fit.
