She then understood that as long as she kept
giving herself away to others that they would
continue to take thus leaving her with nothing
to give herself. And so she decided that day to
give herself the love she sought from others and
accept the woman that she was on the inside.
She knew that she was worth more to herself
whole than to someone else broken.
She stood in the mirror and finally opened her
eyes. When she looked at her own reflection,
the image that she saw standing before her was
that of pure beauty; a priceless masterpiece.
She believed in her own reflection that day. She
believed that she reflected a woman of virtue
filled with self love.
