Managing the Wellbeing of Staff
Course overview
We are all focused on the wellbeing of the children in our care, knowing how important this is to
their learning and development. We know that staff who feel valued and nurture their own sense
of wellbeing are more able to support the children’s wellbeing and those of their colleagues. This
session is led by Justine Bain, a wellbeing coach and yoga teacher who promotes physical and
mental wellbeing through her company Sandy Seeds. Calming and reassuring, Justine will show
you how to relax and improve your own sense of wellbeing and how you can support the
wellbeing of all your staff too.
