EXXPOSE: Why are you still inspired to do music?
NAPS: Because I have the drive and the motivation—I see things haven’t changed “I want to make a change.” For one... the children…. the audience’
lifestyles are impacted by change. But also, my fans and viewers will notice something. I’m in for the long hall! Until the last breath in my body. Time
doesn’t stop, so why should I? I look at it like this, if I give up “I’m giving up on our kids. I want to be remembered for being “somebody who made a
change.” It’s all about making a difference.
EXXPOSE: What advice would you give to an aspiring artist?
NAPS: Don’t be consumed by the politics of the music industry. Be yourself. Even when you happen to fall because it builds up a strong character. Always be willing to change. It allows us to give back by sharing our educational experiences through life, channels and different things we go through.
That way you can prepare yourself for bridges you may cross in the future. And, please be sure to push your music immediately, don’t sit on it.
EXXPOSE: What suggestions would you give to an aspiring artist regarding finding good music producers?
NAPS: Do background checks. Get familiar with their roadwork. Make them show you why they should be hired. You need to know what they can and
can’t do as a producer.
EXXPOSE: You are a hip hop artists with a versatile style from reality music to hard core and not to mention love songs.
What would you say your love songs represent?
NAPS: My love songs represent the type of guy that ladies fantasize about and are often memorized by. It represents the stamp of Chivalry, with touches
like that of a guardian, class strength...along with success. In other words, “the next level in life.”
EXXPOSE: What is your style of music?
NAPS: I am a versatile artists. I do it all. I don’t have any limitations of what I can do. Hip-hop, hardcore, reality, political and love songs as well.
