Montefiore dell’Aso, in the Marche region of
Italy. The vineyards are cultivated, day after
day, applying organic farming methods, paying
attention to the cultivation of healthy grapes,
with manual pruning and manual harvesting,
making a second-hand selection before
vinification. The products, both wine and olive
oil, now have the official seals given by the
organic certification for European standards.
