Easy-to-Make MD Protein

Here to lend a helping hand , Chef Gwen offers some delicious
Layered MD Protein Smoothie
Serves : 1-2 USE ORGANIC : GREEN GODDESS SMOOTHIE :
• 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
• 1 small avocado ( about ½ cup mashed )
• 1 large banana
• 1 hefty handful of spinach leaves
• 1 scoop Garden of Life Dr . Formulated MD Protein Vanilla or Salmon & Vanilla
• 5 pitted dates ( optional )
• 1½ cups of ice
PREPARATION : Blend all ingredients until smooth .
USE ORGANIC : PINEAPPLE GINGER SMOOTHIE
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 1 cup coconut water
• 1 inch finely chopped ginger root
• 1 scoop Garden of Life Dr . Formulated MD Protein , Vanilla or Salmon & Vanilla
• 6 baby carrots
• 2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
• 1 ripe banana
PREPARATION : Blend all ingredients until smooth .
TO MAKE SMOOTHIE : To make layers , pour green smoothie into a glass about half way then pour the pineapple smoothie into the glass to the top . Use a straw to draw fun lines up from the bottom of the glass . Add toppings like coconut flakes , granola or fresh fruit / herbs to garnish .
