Blueberry Peach
Ginger Smoothie
Serves: 1-2
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 1 cup coconut water
• 1 dropperful of Dr. Formulated CBD+ Oil Inflammatory

• 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Vanilla
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• ½ cup frozen peaches
• 2 Medjool dates, pitted
• 1-inch knob of ginger root
• 1 Tablespoon almond butter
•
Preparation:
» » Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend
until smooth then enjoy immediately!
Chocolate Mint Fudge Bites
Makes: 14-18 bite sized squares
• 1 cup cashew butter
• ¼ cup cacao
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• 2 Tablespoons Garden of Life Coconut Oil
• 1 Tablespoon Dr. Formulated CBD Oil 50mg Chocolate Mint
• ¼ teaspoon mint extract
• Dash of salt
Preparation:
» » Place all ingredients into a food processor using the “S” blade
and blend until smooth.
» » Press into a square brownie pan (batter will cover about half
the pan, you can double the recipe if you want to cover the
entire pan).
» » Freeze for a few hours before cutting into small squares and
serving. Lasts in freezer for up to one month.
Serves: 2
CBD Matcha Tea
• 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
• 1 ½ Tablespoons honey
• ½ Tablespoon matcha green tea powder
• 2 dropperfuls of Dr. Formulated CBD+ Oil Youthful Skin †
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
» » Heat almond milk in a pot to a low simmer then turn off heat.
» » Add in all other ingredients and mix together with a whisk.
» » Serve hot, or let cool then serve on ice.
