Need a quick pick-me-up after lunch—
or any time? Try adding 5-to-7 drops of
Rosemary and Lemon to a diffuser for a
stimulating and joyful effect. Rosemary
can also be added to coconut oil for an
energizing body lotion.
ALL-DAY BOOST
Start your day off (and end your day)
with an energizing body lotion. Add
a few drops of Peppermint, Sweet Orange
or Eucalyptus to coconut oil to form
a body lotion. If your energy level starts
to falter by mid-day, just apply again for
a quick boost.
FOCUS TIME
Before tackling that special
project or giving a presentation,
stay focused and enthused
with the scents of Frankincense,
Lemongrass and Peppermint.
Add 3-to-4 drops of any
combination to a diffuser or
inhale to experience mental
clarity.

SUGAR SCRUB
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of organic sugar cane
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup Garden of Life Dr. Formulated
MCT Oil
Few drops of Garden of Life Essential Oils of
your choice
DIRECTIONS: Pour the sugar into a large glass bowl.
Slowly add in the MCT Oil and mix with a rubber
spatula until you have the desired blend. I like my
scrub to be less oily and more granular. You may
prefer to add a bit more oil. MCT Oil is perfect for this
recipe because it absorbs into your skin and does not
leave a greasy residue. Once you have your desired
consistency, add in a few drops of your favorite
essential oils. Store your scrub in a glass or plastic jar.
