Rosemary can also be added to coconut oil for an energizing body lotion. ALL-DAY BOOST Start your day off (and end your day) with an energizing body lotion. Add a few drops of Peppermint, Sweet Orange or Eucalyptus to coconut oil to form a body lotion. If your energy level starts to falter by mid-day, just apply again for a quick boost. FOCUS TIME Before tackling that special project or giving a presentation, stay focused and enthused with the scents of Frankincense, Lemongrass and Peppermint. SUGAR SCRUB INGREDIENTS: 1 cup of organic sugar cane 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup Garden of Life Dr. Formulated MCT Oil Few drops of Garden of Life Essential Oils of your choice DIRECTIONS: Pour the sugar into a large glass bowl. Slowly add in the MCT Oil and mix with a rubber spatula until you have the desired blend. I like my scrub to be less oily and more granular. You may prefer to add a bit more oil.
