Coconut Chia Pudding
Serves: 2
Collagen Macadamia Nut Bars
Makes: 16 Bars
Use Organic Ingredients:
• 1 can full fat coconut milk
• 2 scoops Garden of Life Grass Fed Collagen Beauty
Strawberry Lemonade
• ¼ cup Garden of Life Raw Organics Chia Seed
• ¼ cup raspberries
Preparation:
» » Whisk together coconut milk, chia seeds and collagen
powder. Refrigerate overnight.
» » Spoon pudding into bowls then top with raspberries.
Collagen Macadamia Nut Bars
Makes: 16 Bars
Use Organic Ingredients:
• 2 cups Macadamia nuts
• 1 scoop Garden of Life Grass Fed Collagen Turmeric
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 8 Medjool dates, pits removed
• ¼ cup chopped dried apricots
• 1 Tablespoon water
• 1 Tablespoon Garden of Life Coconut Oil
• ½ cup shredded dried coconut flakes
• 2 Tablespoons lemon zest
Preparation:
» » Place the first 4 ingredients into a food processor using
the “s” blade and process for 10 seconds.
» » Add the next 4 ingredients and pulse until batter is well
combined. Press batter into a square brownie pan.
Use Organic Ingredients:
• 2 cups chopped walnuts
• 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
• 1 ½ cups pumpkin seeds
• 1 cup coconut flakes
• 1 cup gluten-free oats
• 1 cup dried mango, cut into small chunks
• 1 scoop Garden of Life Collagen Turmeric
• ¼ cup Garden of Life Coconut Oil, melted
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Preparation:
» » Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
» » In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except the dried
mango chunks, then spread onto a large cookie sheet.
» » Bake for 30 minutes, let cool then toss in dried mango pieces.
» » Toss together the coconut flakes and zest then sprinkle on
top of batter and slightly press it into the batter.
» » Refrigerate for several hours before cutting.
Matcha Green Tea Collagen Latte
Serves: 2
Use Organic Ingredients:
• 1 can light coconut milk
• 1 scoop Garden of Life Collagen Peptides
• 1 scoop Garden of Life Organic MCT Powder
• 1 ½ teaspoons matcha green tea powder
• 8 drops liquid stevia
Preparation:
» » Heat coconut milk in a pot until it is steaming then remove
from heat and place in a blender with remaining ingredients.
» » Blend until smooth (or you can whisk everything together).
