" The app returns real-time feedback over one week , one month , or more , revealing a 5-pillar approach based successes in relation to the user ' s symptom reports , and areas for improvement to help reach desired goals .
Users can enter a symptom and answer a few basic questions . The app then offers users a menu of the five pillars , and they can choose which to review first . Under the nutrition pillar , the app provides guidance on which foods to avoid and to consume . The fitness pillar provides helpful tips beyond blanket basics to include specifics . The mind pillar directs users to techniques that reduce stress , like listening to binaural beats ( sound patterns ) to shift how the brain processes information .
