½ scoop Garden of Life

Preparation:
Blend till smooth
Soaked Oats
Ingredients: Use Organic
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened
almond milk
1 Tablespoon seed
blend (see below)
Serves:

1 Tablespoon nut butter
of choice
Drizzle of pure maple syrup
Dash of cinnamon
Fresh fruit of your choice
to top
Preparation:
Combine oats, coconut, maple syrup, chia seeds, and
cinnamon in a bowl. Add almond milk. Allow to sit for
30 minutes to 1 hour. Top with nut butter and fresh
fruit. Enjoy!

coconut flakes
1/2 cup Garden of Life Chia Seed
1/2 cup Garden of Life Flaxseed
1/2 cup buckwheat groats
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
Preparation:
Combine all seeds together in an airtight
container and store in the refrigerator.
