Tailgate Ch ips Recipes courtesy of: Gwen Eager, Garden of Life Certified Raw, Vegan Chef Serves: 6 Ingredients: Use Organic 1 can vegan refried beans 1 cup vegan sour cream (or plain yogurt if you don’t mind dairy) 2 cups chopped bell peppers 42 Vol 34 • Extraordinary Health ™ Preparation: 1½ cups guacamole 1 cup sliced black olives Chips or veggies of your choice 6 cups with lids - 6 or 8-oz cups Fill each cup (easier if you use a squeeze bottle for the beans, sour cream and guacamole) with beans, then sour cream, chopped peppers, guacamole and olives. Place lid on. Pack in a cooler and bring with you for tailgating fun!
