Chia-licio us Egg Salad
Serves 2-4
Ingredients: Use Organic
4 hard-boiled eggs
¼ cup finely
chopped celery
1 Tablespoon finely
chopped red onion
1 teaspoon Garden of
2 Tablespoons
Life Chia Seed
avocado mayo (such
as Primal Kitchen)
Preparation:
1 teaspoon dijon
mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black
pepper
Ranch Hummus
Preparation:
Place all ingredients into a food processor using
the “s” blade and blend until smooth. Serve as a
dip with veggies or crackers or use as a sandwich
spread. Hummus lasts 4-5 days refrigerated.

15.5oz can chick peas,
rinsed and drained
1½ Tablespoons
lemon juice
1½ teaspoons
garlic powder
3 Tablespoons
olive oil
1 teaspoon onion
powder
Peel eggs and use an egg slicer to cut
into small pieces. Place eggs in a bowl
and add remaining ingredients and mix
well. Serve with veggies, on crackers or
in sandwiches. Egg salad lasts 3-4 days
refrigerated.
