Let’s start with our California Grass-Fed Milk Protein.
Our California dairy farms are full of happy, grass-fed, Certified
Organic Jersey Cows grazing on grass all day long in perfect climates.
Maybe that’s why they are known to produce the tastiest A2 Beta
Casein (a high-quality, slower-digesting protein compared to thinner,
faster-digesting whey protein). Non-GMO Project Verified milk, with
every batch tested to be free of pesticides, antibiotics and hormones
(like rBGH and rBST).
Next, let’s take a look at our Organic Dates. These
sweet, flavorful fruits come from palm trees in
Pakistan. They are naturally high in potassium
and B vitamins (niacin and B6) as well as vitamin
A. They not only add sweetness to our bars, but
due to their fibrous tissues and paste-like texture,
they actually bind the bars together.
And everybody’s crazy for our Organic Nuts. Are nuts the original
superfood or the next superfood? How about both! For centuries,
across all cultures, we’ve relied on nuts as a primary source for
protein, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. We use
Certified Organic cashews, pecans and almonds.
