I used to love New Year’s, especially because it felt like the perfect
time to start anew. Then, as I grew older, I started to feel pressure to
make resolutions I knew I wouldn’t keep.
NOT THIS YEAR.
Instead, I’m going to make 2018 the year I start anew any day, every
day, and encourage you to do, too.
GET FIT ON TUESDAY
Weekends are for blowing off steam. Mondays are for starting over.
But who says? So, I enjoyed myself way too much and feel awful at the
start of the week. From here on out, I’m going to give every day due
justice and start anew any day.
I AM ENOUGH
Yes, I know, getting fit is important. But can we stop for a moment and
just appreciate where we are? I am enough. You are, too. Let’s take a
moment to revel in who we are today. (You are beautiful as you are.)

GET MOVING
Get up, get off the couch and appreciate your body. That’s what I keep
telling myself. When I do, I laugh, endorphins flow and it feels good.
Again, it FEELS good. Try it.
SET A GOAL
I set goals and then fail. But then I set them again. Keep setting goals.
Share them out loud, make yourself accountable, stumble, admit
your failures – but keep setting goals.
