homeownership. We are pleased to welcome Andrew Yermian as our newest mortgage broker. He, too, is
focused on providing assistance that supports every aspect of the mortgage process.
Andrew’s qualifications are impressive: As a Santa Monica high school student, his first job was a bank teller
with Bank of America where he quickly mastered the skills needed to attract a position at Wells Fargo Bank in
Beverly Hills. He spent the next 16 years as a top producer and climbed the corporate ladder. As one of the
youngest branch managers and vice president of Banking, Andrew was responsible for managing personnel
and over $500 million dollars in assets. His specialties were mortgage, personal and commercial loan
originations and all aspects of retail banking.
Andrew graduated from California State at Northridge with a degree in sociology. He has
also managed his family’s hospitality and property management portfolio over the last
10 years. Their Greek restaurant in Santa Monica, California, was just sold after being in
business for 30 years.
Though he will always love California, Andrew is drawn to Southern Indiana because of
the slower pace, tranquil setting and a more relaxed way of life.
