PALETTE AND WHY?
Yes, the color palette is very special. I used
Copen Blue, and Alpaca, which is a light grayish
color and both were selected from the Sherwin
Williams paint collection. These two colors inspire
a clean, beach and airy feel that create flow from
room to room.
WHAT MATERIALS WERE USED FOR THE
EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE?
The materials used for the exterior of the house
were a mixture of Hardie Board and Brick. This
combination of finishes lends itself to the overall
aesthetic of the home and neighborhood.

THIS HOME?
The style is definitely a Craftsman Style with
a touch of chic which creates a comfortable yet
elegant atmosphere for the homeowner.

The floor plan is very open and definitely our
