The history of Premier Homes spans 25 years when owner and builder Jeff Corbett emerged with his carpenter expertise and set out to explore the world of constructing homes . I got the opportunity to visit a model home in the gorgeous setting of one their communities , Waters of Millan . Located in Sellersburg , this particular neighborhood is booming .
The architectural details – intricate trim and wainscoting - provides a welcoming aesthetic . The particular home featured boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms with a daylight basement , meaning plenty of windows to provide natural light but no doors leading to the outside .
The open floor plan connects the spacious and airy family room to the kitchen . Granite counters and beautiful cabinetry highlight the heart of the home with an abundance of space for dining . An extension of the living space flows from the kitchen to a deck and a fire pit area which is ideal for making family memories .
Premier uses the lower level to display samples from carpeting to tile to paint colors , and so much more , in an effort to make the selection process effortless . They provide a team member – Lori Graham , who specializes in the interior design portion of the process – to help buyers visualize their concept .
