The kids come out to play with everyone

Cooling off in the chilly, fresh water

A lady sits outside and enjoys a tea-conversation with her granddaughter

Because spending time with family is always fun

As the kids played tag they saw an otter

They screamed and shouted and began to run

A father plays ball for hours with his daughter

Of course, what’s expected; the daughter won

As a boy rides his bike, he passes an artist; a potter

He almost crashed because the artwork was stun-

The children are dizzy from running around and begin to stotter

These summertime days will always be remembered being alive in the sun
