The Native

Call me brave

My ancestors fought the rave

Their will to fight never caved

These are the powerful braids

The world they lived in went off like grenades

Their will to push through the barricades

Never being afraid of the switchblades

Being attacked by the renegades

My ancestors fought the rave

And now we can not cave

Because we are still fighting the rave.
