Bulgogi
DIRECTIONS
1. stir fry the garlic, onion, and carrot until the onion becomes a bit transluscent.
2. Remove the garlic, green onion, and carrot from the skillet and put them into a bowl.
3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, honey, and pepper to the bowl and stir.
4. Wash the beef and cut into slices. Thickness depends on your preference
5. Mix the beef into the marinade and let it sit in hte refrigerator for at least thirty minutes. You can also leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
6. Once the beef has been in the marinade for an adequate amount of time, heat up a skillet and spray it with cooking spray or grease it with vegetable oil.
7. Fry the meat to whatever rarity you prefer your meat and enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
Beef Tenderloin (1lb)
Minced Garlic (4 cloves)
Green Onion, Chopped (1)
Soy Sauce (2tbs)
Brown Sugar (2tbs)
Honey (1tbs)
Ground Black Pepper (pinch)
Sesame Oil (1tbs)
Carrot, Sliced Thinly (1 medium)

DIRECTIONS
1. Boil 2 bunches of noodles until soft.
2. Put them in a large bowl and add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper.
3. In a skillet, add two drops of cooking oil and stir the carrots, garlic and green onion for a minute.
4. Place them in a bowl and add another drop of oil.
5. Stir the onions until they are transluscent.
6. Add the onions to the bowl with the carrots, garlic and green onion and mix.
7. Take all the vegetables in the bowl and add them to the noodles.
8. Stir and enjoy.

Carrot, Sliced Thinly (1 medium)
Green Onion, Chopped (3)
Onion, Chopped (1 medium)
Minced Garlic (3 cloves)
Soy Sauce (3tbs)
Sesame Oil (3tbs)
Ground Black Pepper (1tsp)
Sugar (3tbs)
Note: you can serve these two dishes with a side of steamed white rice and kimchi for a great meal!
