It ’ s such a great way to showcase my God-given talent and empower each other to be better people . I was blessed to be educated by great world-renowned professors from China and have a great foundation in music . I work my butt off to be the best I can musically .
to be a better person and take on more . Being Miss China International I really feel as though I ’ m able to take on more things in the United States and in China . However , being Miss International I can really reach out to every corner in the world and have a global presence as a global artist . Overall , I ’ m just a girl who cares about people and is willing to help as many people in this world as she can .
MADE : You were recently crowned Miss China International take us through the journey of not only competing but winning ?
JZ : I was lucky enough to compete in the Miss China International pageant and won . I went through a comprehensive interview process and was granted the honor to be a part of the Ms . International pageant this year . I ’ m very proud of what I have achieved and look forward to having a stronger voice , meeting girls from all over the world and bringing awareness to my platform .
MADE : Why is important for you to represent your Asian voice ? How important is community to you ?
JZ : It ’ s interesting because I didn ’ t choose this platform , this platform chose me . I was blessed to be born into a family that supported me and my musical journey . I gravitated to the Chinese bamboo flute and play it with pride because of my heritage .
MADE : You mentioned your goal of promoting the power of music to build stronger communities through music education and engagement . Tell us more !
JZ : Every time I go to a different place , it ’ s a different experience . I don ’ t take anything for granted so anytime I ’ m able to witness through my music is amazing . I ’ m looking to help more people throughout the world , possibly Africa or South America .
MADE : As far as competing for Ms . International , what made you continue on your journey after winning the title of Miss China International ? JZ : Life is a challenge . We ’ re always looking
