Located on the southern end of Vancouver Island, Cadboro Bay is also home to the legendary sea serpent Cadborosaurus (“Caddy” for short). And while the actual creature remains elusive, a climbable concrete version in nearby Cadboro-Gyro Park is on display. But it’s the sailing that draws a real crowd to Saanich.
