Are you a long-time runner ? Did you just recently take it up ? Whether you ’ re a novice or heart-pumping miles are your jam , don ’ t just assume you need to ditch your daily cardio because you ’ re headed off to a remote location . Trail running can be a great way to see the sights while working up your appetite .

They ’ re typically beefier , have more traction and a lower profile , which helps reduce accidental ankle rolls like you can get with a higher heel .
