How did the business get its start ? Courtney got her license in 2014 , with the end goal of starting a brokerage . Texas Real Estate Commission requires agent to have a real estate license for 4 years before getting broker license . Premier Realty was established in 2018 and operated with only one agent , Courtney , but by the end of our first full year , we had 13 agents . Year to date , Premier Realty holds 34 licenses . The first 3 years our sales volume doubled every year .
How long have you been in business ? Premier Realty has been in business for almost 4 years
Why do your customers choose you over your competitors ? Though we know its necessary , marketing and selling our business to the public is not the top priority in our office . Our top priority is caring for our community and clients and the agents that make up Premier Realty and their families . Building and maintain relationships is extremely important to us that goes far past the closing table .
