The DF-140E allows for reliable O 2
measurement in a wide variety of
environments, including outdoors
in a NEMA 4x enclosure and in
explosive environments with a
NEMA 7 remote sensor enclosure.
It is specifically designed for
reactor process control, pressure
wing absorber nitrogen skids,
and blanketing and inerting
applications. The STAB-EL
system option enables accurate
measurement in the presence
of acid gases. The DF-140E can
be configured as a single-range
or three-range analyzer to meet
specific application requirements.

The DF-320E provides trace and
percent level O 2 measurements
in Division 2/Zone 2 hazard-rated
locations. Designed for heated or external
locations, the DF-340E measures
trace or percent level O 2 in pure gas
streams and multi-gas backgrounds.
Ideal for upset prone processes, it
is a reliable, resilient solution for
applications including hydrogen,
propene and polyethylene
production, oil refining and
petrochemical process monitoring. Certified to CSA Class 1, Divison 2
and the latest ATEX specifications, it
remains stable in changing sample
and flow rate conditions.
It offers cost savings through
Coulometric sensing and
simplified setup. Maintenance
is reduced to annual span
calibrations, with no need for
programmable cell replacement.

ENSURE PEAK
PERFORMANCE
OF YOUR
COULOMETRIC
SENSOR
As a non-depleting sensor technology, Servomex’s Coulometric cell
uses electrodes that remain unaffected by chemical changes, ensuring
a sensor life of between 5-10 years.
However, for continued use, the electrolyte must be topped up on a
regular basis, ensuring the sensor goes on providing reliable results.
The health check ensures that
your Coulometric sensor is
working within specifications and
producing the measurements you
need for your process. It provides
a more proactive approach to
analyzer maintenance, detecting
performance anomalies before
they turn into problems.
In addition, for UHP gas analysis
operators in the Asia-Pacific
region, our service center has
access to purified gases, enabling
local calibration for the DF-500
trace oxygen analyzer range.
These devices can also be returned
to the US Technical Center for
calibration and testing if required.
