Our Social Mission:
To engage and enable children to
read English, instill their interest in
reading, develop their confidence and
self-esteem, as well as improve their
social and communication skills. The
project serves the underprivileged
children who have limited access
to English storybooks and reading
opportunity at home.
Student Learning:
Students will learn about the development of educational activities and
assessment tools for real case situations, and applying to the teaching
platforms other than primary schools.
Project Opportunities:
• Visit schools and community centers to conduct storytelling sessions for
children in small groups.
• Study and assess the current teaching materials and session planning.
• Investigate the beneficiaries’ literacy skills.
• Develop and improve the learning
curriculum.
• Implement the improved learning
curriculum.
• Set a tool to measure the impact
brought by the improved
curriculum.
• Report the findings.
