Experience Design & Strategy supports clients from the earliest stages of a project, helping to define creative intent for experiences in the built environment and translate it into experience led briefs and frameworks. This includes experience master planning, spatial journey mapping and technical visioning, supported by innovative digital simulation tools and modelling to test and refine design decisions in collaboration with wider project teams.
Project Delivery provides the structure required to deliver complex spaces and environments. As project managers, client representatives and delivery specialists, they coordinate stakeholders, manage programme and cost, and maintain alignment across technical and creative workstreams. A dedicated Project Management Office provides consistent systems, reporting frameworks and delivery controls across projects of all scales and markets.
