The planning work in the museum sector reflects a similar breadth. The Grand Egyptian Museum at Giza was supported on organisational capacity development ahead of opening. In Benin City, the firm developed the strategic business and operating plan for the Museum of West African Art( MOWAA). In Abu Dhabi, business planning was undertaken for the Sheikh Zayed National Museum ahead of its recent launch. Strategic and business planning engagements have been delivered for Tate, the Fitzwilliam Museum, the National Gallery of Art in Washington, and the Smithsonian American Art Museum, among others.
In the performing arts and the experiential field, the firm has advised on business planning and programming strategy for the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center in Athens – home of the Greek National Opera and the National Library of Greece – and on operations for the cultural centres that form the Kuwait National Cultural District.
