CEO REVIEW.

The past year has been transformational. Our community has grown stronger, our activities broader, and our finances healthier.
Strategic progress
• Re-defined the member proposition around community and collaboration.
• Strengthened advocacy through direct input to the Government’ s new Industrial Strategy and Business Growth Service.
• Supported lobbying for Universal’ s proposed UK theme park.
• Delivered high-impact events and market-insight webinars covering USA, China, Hong Kong, Egypt and Azerbaijan.
• Produced market reports guiding members on opportunity scale, procurement models, and export readiness.
Global context
Consumer appetite for memorable experiences continues to expand. The global Experience Economy is forecast to reach US $ 12 trillion by 2028, more than doubling its 2019 value. In the UK, younger audiences increasingly prioritise experiences over possessions, fuelling sustained demand for creative, immersive environments. Our members are capitalising on this momentum, exporting design, technology, and storytelling expertise that define Britain’ s creative reputation worldwide.
