Founded in 1993 the business is a pioneer and thought-leader in design for food retail , restaurants and hospitality . Its client base is diverse , ranging from everyday supermarkets such as Aldi UK to premium destinations including Fortnum & Mason . Working globally from London , recent projects have taken the team from Portugal and Denmark to Singapore , Macau and Hong Kong . Work includes convenience retail , supermarkets , luxury department stores and a fresh dining concept for a leading international hotel group . Given the fast-moving nature of retail and hospitality , CADA ’ s global perspective into the trends that drive change and innovation is invaluable .
In 2023 CADA collaborated with long term client Fortnum & Mason to create the new
3rd Floor , a ground-breaking destination for Fortnum ’ s food-curious customers . The space houses a state-of-theart Food and Drink Studio with broadcast-quality technology and a kitchen built to commercial standards . Acoustic glazed folding partitions can be opened to incorporate the studio into the mainretail space or closed for ticketed events such as cookery classes and private tastings . Screens broadcast the chef-led activities online to the brand ’ s global followers and around the whole store , encouraging people to venture beyond the ground floor and circulate more extensively throughout the building .
