Located on Tottenham Court Road , the three-storey building now comprises four 15m x 15m Monopoly Boards , a themed 70-cover restaurant and 47-cover cocktail bar , a private VIP bar , office and kitchen space . Now in its second year , it has become a “ go-to ” tourist destination and its “ Top Hat ” restaurant / bar is proving to be a popular night spot . The impact on the local area has been transformative .
