Travursity Travel Showcase Event Format
Travursity Travel Showcase welcomes you to our events and we are excited to have you participate in this worthwhile showcase. We look to maximize your time so that you will receive the utmost value at each event.
Travel Vendor and supplier setup for Travursity Travel Showcase will typically open at 4:00 PM (unless notified otherwise) in the main venue. All exhibit tables should be set-up and staffed by 5:00 PM. Please contact us at 407-720-6099 if you have any questions or issues regarding your participation.
Unless noted, each Showcase will typically begin at 5:00 PM in the main venue with a 45 minute pre- event presentation followed by a mini-tradeshow with all the travel suppliers available to network and exchange marketing materials with the attending agents. This will last for approximately 45-60 minutes.
Upon completion of the tradeshow portion of the event; all agents are to be seated no later than 6:30 PM. The travel suppliers may sit along with the agents and enjoy the duration of the event. This will allow further relationships to develop over the course of the evening. We encourage suppliers to swap seats periodically with other suppliers if desired, as long as it is not disruptive to the agents or suppliers presenting.
A series of spotlight showcase presentations will take place where each supplier will provide a one-time large screen presentation upfront for the time allotment contracted with Travursity, LLC. All audio/video media must meet the allotted time frame and must be submitted to Travursity, LLC at least one week prior to the event. Due to potential compatibility issues with different types of media, it is important we receive your media in a timely manner. Travursity, LLC assumes no responsibility for any media issues or complications that might affect the suppliers’ presentations. Travursity, LLC does not recommend nor guarantee internet access or availability and highly suggests all media be submitted in file form.
